RETURN POLICY
A 30 day hassle-free guarantee: If the device is defective, it will be replaced free of charge (Guarantee void if modifications/repairs are performed by anyone except AMFELTEC Corp.)

Before you return products
Most product problems can be resolved with an email to technical support (support@amfeltec.com). In the event that technical support cannot correct the problem, you will need to obtain a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • The return period starts on the day the product was received.
  • Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable.
  • You must have your invoice number available.
No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number!

Condition for returned products
  • Your returned package must contain all original materials, including boxes, cables, disks, manuals and registration forms.
  • Please do not write on the original manufacture label or packaging.
  • Include a copy of your invoice and RMA number with the returned package.
  • Returns may be rejected if the product has been damaged during shipment.
Restocking fee and rejected returns
  • A 10% restocking fee will apply for all returned products.
  • A restocking fee will apply to all products returned due to the customer's refusal to pay duties or taxes or if the board is returned for reasons other than defects.
